He is a well known technocrat and is popular for his unique style of Administration like speedy completion of work, world class quality control, deep humanitarian approach, total dedication to the duties, world class status of knowledge and conducive environment for working & living. Under his visionary planning and guidance, Vidyalaya is marching towards the new horizon. During his Chairmanship Vidyalaya has developed so many Infrastructural facilities having all Modern amenities with all technological advancement. Therefore, Vidyalaya always benefited by his rare expertise in the academics, beautification of its Campus, Building and layout of the Vidyalaya which helps a lot to create the conducive environment in the Vidyalaya for Teaching Learning and other extra curricular activities. As a result Vidyalaya has achieved execellency in results during this session  which is the highest of the Vidyalaya ever had.
